Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing email management tool, which will grant you absolute command over your e-mail boxes and mail campaigns. With this user-friendly graphical user interface, you can create a new email account in no time and administer its settings easily. Furthermore, you can forward emails from one mail account to another, set up email filters, create auto-response messages and shield your email mailboxes against junk mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can shield all your e-mail boxes against junk emails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no undesirable email messages will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your electronic mail messages will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether a mail message flagged as spam should be erased or forwarded to a given email mailbox.
Email Filters
Mail filters are ideal for sorting your incoming electronic mail messages according to certain rules set by you. Setting up mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will take effect instantly. You can easily set up a mail filter for any of your e-mail accounts and modify the e-mail filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming mails from one mail account to another, or even to several other e-mail accounts. Simply select the e-mailbox you wish to redirect emails from, then choose the target e-mailbox and select if you want to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can quickly set up the mail client of your liking to access your electronic mail accounts. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox you wish to set up on your computer or handheld device and click on the email client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new e-mailbox will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager interface, working with multiple e-mailboxes simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also enable you to easily set up an autoresponder message - specify the message you want people to notice and our system will do the rest. And if you want to configure a catch-all email box - you can achieve that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
